I love it

I absolutely love your lyrical pieces =]. I don't know if you think this or not, but your voice has become more solid since "An Angel Falls". I mean much better control and what not.

Ok now to the music. The piano is beautiful as always. Again I love how you mix the guitars and piano and everything yet the piano is still the main focus point. And the acoustic guitars at the end just fit in perfect, it's exactlt what the song needed. Great job once again!

Again yet another beautiful one

As I say in every review Dan... an absolute beauty of a song. If this is you just sitting down at a piano and playing I can only imagine what you could do if you sat down and let your emotions flow out on paper and then refine it later. The tital is very symbolic of the meaning of the song... I mean a last glance at a loved one, a last glance at all the good or bad memories, or a last glance at life. It makes me tear up thinking about all the lost loved ones in my life.

Once again thank you for blessing me and everyone with your music.

Pretty Close

The guitars are a bit too grainy and the organ is... well... not organy enough if you know what I mean. Maybe a little more of a bassy sound to add to that. And the entrance kinda needs to build into it... It's not right in your face. The drums, synth and bass line are like right on. Great job at remaking.

Too Crazy

Too much is happening with this. That beginning part was really cool and you could really build on to that.

yokomeso responds:

YUP!! and no, i will not build on the beggining~~ i already did that in Yokomesong/A challenge to break

Bass was a little to much for me

I mean your still gettin all 10 stars but I think that the bass was just a little bit too low. But let me tell ya, for an 8-bit sound, it rocked my socks.

Blordow responds:

Too much or too low? you said both. Thanks though.

Wow that is a lot of sound

Ok strings are rocking it along with the piano. I love that Duduk and I want one. Was this Arabian inspired or am I just getting that feel? Oh that's a pretty little piano part right after the Duduk. I love how the drums keep the song chugging along. Ok end of the song is coming up. The string hits and low chamber sound are eerie. Oh I love how you counter that with some trumpets. Ok song is done.

Wow I loved that a lot. You kept it pushing and it had tons of elements to it. Good job keep em coming please. =]

Another Amazing Piece

The story behind this is very nice. Oh, and when you sing "She could fly again" or "You would fly again", it sent chills down my spine. You could tell how emotionally connected you were to this song (Or at least I hope you were) and that just struck me as a high point of the song.

I like the thousands of elements in this song and how you mixed them to get a spectacular blend of rock and your piano skill. As I said before just absolutely amazing and thank you again for blessing me and others with your music.

So Mellow

It's nice and relaxing. I love how you keep it constantly evolving and moving. Great job on this one. One question... Do you use FL?

cornandbeans responds:

yep... I use FL. :)

Beyond Beautiful

This is the first time I have ever teared up during a song. It takes a lot to pull those emotions from me. Oh well... this was absolutely beautiful and I personally believe it to be one of your best works if not THE best. 5/5 10/10 and downloaded

Ok Here Come The Tips

After that big long chaotic thing at the beginning and then when it faded out... yeah you know where I'm talking about... you coulda had a kick going on laying down a nice beat along with a snare or something. I don't know it just needs a beat.

Ok and right after that you could have had saw with a melody line. Something to just really catch the listeners' ears. Maybe a Benassi hook would have been pretty good in here...

Ok going on. Build up the music and make the listener really get into it with a nice groove. Then break it down. Let the tension release and calm them down. Then bam! Samck 'em in the face with the climax of the song. Really let it fly and MAKE us vote a 5.

This could have gone a long way with some more thinking to it and a great deal of refining on the quality as well. These are just a few suggestions and you don't have to follow them but this is what I PERSONALLY think you could do. And I know you have the potential.

Come on let's go run over children.
