Why have we stooped so low as to defile music? Music is the one bridge between communication and feelings. It used to be something sacred and beautiful but now it's all about the name and whether you can "get down" to it. By no means am I old-fashioned, but I hold music very close to me. I think it should be something that evokes feelings within you and can send a message without saying any words.

I was looking at the Billboard Hot 100 of the last 10 years or so, and with every chart topper, I didn't find any musical talent in any song. So why do we listen to it? Is it because people shove it down our throat or is it because we are so obsessed with what other people think, that we would listen to it even if it's terrible?

I'm not asking for any answers but I'm just highly disappointed by the way the world destroys something as beautiful as music with no cares in the world.
